    HOW TO ORDER
    > Please enter the personalisation required on the card and on the medal. Please ensure text is accurate as we will print/engrave text exactly as entered on the order.

    DIRECT TO RECIPIENT SERVICE
    > If you would like me to post the gift direct to recipient and print a message on the reverse of the card, please follow these steps:
    1. Include a ‘Note to seller’ at checkout with the message you would like printed on the back of the card.
    2. AMEND THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT to the recipients’ address. (We cannot accept address changes as a note on the order).
    3. If you would like to send items to multiple recipients, you must place a separate order for each recipient.
    4. Please contact us if you need any more information about sending direct to recipient.
